Why is one screen black or dim?
The display is under-powered. Connect the monitor's power port to a 5V/2A source — phone charger, power bank or USB wall adapter.
Does it work with Mac?
Yes. MacBooks with full-featured USB-C support extended mode; some models mirror by default and can be switched to extend in Display settings.
Do I need drivers?
No. Plug and play on Windows, macOS, Switch, PS4/5, Xbox, phones and tablets with video output.
